Overview This website is operated by BOOTLEG TSHIRTS. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

The parody part (please read this one) BOOTLEG TSHIRTS sells original parody and satire apparel. Our designs are commentary, humor, and artistic expression. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any person, brand, band, network, church, government, cartel, or yacht club referenced or implied. Any resemblance to real merchandise is the joke. Depictions of public figures are satirical commentary protected as free expression. Fictional phone numbers, businesses, and events on our products are fictional (except the ones that aren't, which is also the joke).

Products & pricing All products are printed to order. Colors may vary slightly from screen to shirt — that's monitors, not us. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Orders & payment By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and you're authorized to use the payment method. We use Shopify's secure checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

Intellectual property Our original designs, artwork, and site content belong to BOOTLEG TSHIRTS. Don't bootleg the bootleggers. If you're a rights holder with a concern about a design, contact us via the contact page and we'll respond promptly.

Limitation of liability Our products are t-shirts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOOTLEG TSHIRTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Returns & shipping Governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
