Refund Policy

Every BOOTLEG TSHIRTS piece is printed to order, just for you. That's why it takes a few days to make — and why we can't do casual returns like a mall store (we were never a mall store anyway).

Damaged, defective, or wrong item If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong size or change of heart Because each shirt is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer's remorse. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — our shirts run oversized. If you're stuck between sizes, ask us before you buy and we'll help.

Lost in transit If tracking shows your order is lost (no movement for 15+ days domestically), contact us and we'll reprint and reship it at no cost.

How to reach us Use the contact page at bootlegtshirts.com/pages/contact with your order number. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If it's been longer, check with your bank first, then contact us.
